nearest hotel around business area in town.
first check in at front office, the Agoda voucher needs to be clarify for about 15 minutes! the officer said that was a fully booked and no rooms available, it's different fact when I checked the available rooms before I made an online payment. when I got the room, which is 534, the room condition was seems clean enough, but the flusher of the closet leaked and make a annoying sound all night long ! the cabinet between beds was poor, there's a broken lamps controler switches. Kontra - room are not in good condition (@534). lamps switches broke, leaks at closets flusher, all night long !

The restaurant
Hotel Horison Bekasi is my first choice when I need to stay around Bekasi due to my job. The hotel is good, kindly services, easy to reach out from the exit toll without any traffic jam as ussually happened at bekasi area. The room is clean and comfortable. Room services available 24 hours makes me easily order at any time. The one and only thing makes me unsatisfied was at parking area, less space available for hotel guest so if I want to park my car, it always need 1 or 2 circle around to find the space. Hope the hotel management can find a solution about this. Overall, that is the very good hotel to stay. Kontra - Parking lot needs improvement.
